I have never been the healthiest person. I rather sit and read a book than go to the gym. I rather go for a walk than for a run….

I have a candy addiction, I love junk food and the idea of eating healthy makes me wanna take a nap….

But this body is my only home, I have one shot at doing it right so I wake up everyday and I try:

  • To be better and look after my mental health
  • To learn new healthy yummy recipes to cook for my family
  • To stay active and strengthen my body

Not everyday is a success but at least I try! In the words of Julia Child “You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces – just good food from fresh ingredients.”
